By making a purchase on the Site, you agree to be bound by this Policy and our Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

2.1 Eligible Items: We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items must be returned within 30-days of delivery. Items may or may not be returned in their original packaging. 

2.2 Non-Eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn
  • Items that are no longer in their original condition
  • Custom-made or personalized items

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Initiate Refund Process: All items shipped will include a return shipping label. We provide a return shipping label to make the return process as easy and convenient as possible for you. To initiate a refund, you must ship the items back for our team to review the item(s) eligibility. 

3.2 Refund Process: Once we have received the item(s), we will review the item(s) eligibility to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. This process can take up-to 5 business days. Once the item is approved for return, we will initiate the refund. 

3.3 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. 

3.4 Refund Amount: The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees, taxes, or discounts applied at the time of purchase.

4.1 Return Shipping: All items shipped will include a return shipping label. We provide a return shipping label to make the return process as easy and convenient as possible for you.

5. Exchange Policy

5.1 Exchange Process: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

6.1 Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue and arranging for a replacement or refund.
